Our monthly membership allows you free entry to the monthly live and online meetings. Note that we rarely but occasionally skip a meeting due to the holidays or weather issues. Our monthly membership allows you access to the discussion boards (ListServ) and ability to post messages to other members. To ensure the highest possible quality discussion board, and to PREVENT SPAM, all messages are moderated by volunteer members and if the message is not related to the market area (and surrounding areas), the moderator, at their own discretion, may delete or reject the message and not allow it to go out to the general group. Texas REIAs members acknowledge that our association is an organization of people whose purpose is to promote our collective real estate investing success through education, networking and community service. The ownership and management of real estate is a highly regulated segment of the free enterprise system of the United State of America. As such, the members of the Texas REIAs must treat this enterprise with the utmost professionalism. Texas REIAs members desire to expand their knowledge of real estate investing and management. In order to pursue these ends in a legal and ethical manner, all members of Texas REIAs will be held to a higher standard of ethical behavior and the highest standard of professionalism and integrity.
